At TOAST, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
